A short video showing the impact that two different parent`s forums have within their Children`s Centres. Starting with a look at a parent focus group, where the Centre leader gets direct feedback and suggestions from parents, the video then shows how a parent and carers group, led and managed entirely by parents who use the Centre, operates.
