This clip demonstrates how a personal educational file, known as a `Learning Journey`, is written for each child, and used throughout the child`s time at nursery school to help support development. The film shows how the file is created during a home visit by nursery staff, and how the children`s centre uses these files to encourage parents to become involved in their child`s learning.
