Mulberry School for Girls in London works with the Ford Plant in Dagenham, to demonstrate the importance of gender equality in the workplace.
The students learn about the history of gender equality from the women and former strikers who worked in the plant before and after the Equal Pay Act in 1970.
Later, we hear from the teachers who speak about the schools focus on embedding improving the girls' confidence, knowledge and leadership skills through the curriculum.
Finally we see the school's preparations for celebrating International Women's Day, and finds out how the school is integrating its year-long exploration of equal pay struggles across its teaching.
