Kurt Ringmo has developed a reputation for looking after the pennies to help Welling School save money. At his PFI school, he has a number of contracts with the facility management company and he explains how his new arrangements with them have the potential to save over £100,000.
Kurt also explains the value of engaging students as a way of reducing costs, especially when it comes to vandalism, which he believed can save the school £10,000 each year.
