Peter Taylor is an experienced primary headteacher who is due to retire in the next few years. Valuing his experience, his colleagues and associates frequently ask him to do extra things and attend events, which is wearing him down and leaving him feeling unmotivated.
Gladeana chats to Peter to identify the problem and explains that he needs to learn to say "no", in order for him not to stretch himself too thinly and maintain a good work/life balance.
