Headteacher Darren works with life coach Gladeana, in order to help him delegate responsibilities to his staff.
New head, Darren, is finding it difficult to let his managers and teachers take charge of things their own way. He is worried about the outcome of their actions reflecting badly on him.
As a result, he ends up micromanaging and telling his staff how he would do things, running the risk of demotivating them and himself entirely.
Gladeana chats to Darren and together they devise a strategy for delegating to and empowering his staff, meaning greater drive and enthusiasm for all.
