In February 2008, Halima was in her third year of primary teaching. Her challenge then was to improve from teaching 'good' science lessons, to 'outstanding' lessons.
Halima passed that challenge, receiving an outstanding recommendation after she successfully applied the personal CPD support, communications coaching and advice she received from top schools inspector Clare Gillies.
