Comedian Shappi Khorsandi returns to her primary school to give a lesson on refugees, as she tries her hand at teaching for the first time.
Shappi arrived at Montpelier Primary School, Ealing, in the early 1980s as a refugee, after her family was forced to flee Iran.
As part of the school's International Week, she takes a Year 5 class for a lesson on the topic of refugees, using her memoir A Beginner's Guide to Acting English to stimulate discussion on English customs.
She then asks the pupils to imagine themselves as refugees, in order to write a diary entry.
