Follow two UK primary teachers who embrace the chance to teach in Uganda after winning a competition by Sport Relief and the Premier League.
Suzanne Webb from Harpenden, Hertfordshire, and Andrew Blaikie from Edinburgh, impressed the judges with their exciting cultural lesson ideas including the introduction of ceilidh dancing.
Once in Africa, the pair must put their ideas into action and cope with a lack of resources and huge class sizes as well as nervous children who are not used to their informal style of teaching.
As Suzanne of Roundwood Primary School, and Andrew of Blackhall Primary School, work with the children, they discover that they too can learn from school practices used and developed in the Kampala.
The UK teachers are also impressed at the way resources are shared within a large cluster of schools, and how parents and the community are involved to support the schools - important lessons to take home.
