The programme follows staff at Fountains Primary School near Harrogate, as they undergo their second cycle of lesson study and highlights the various elements contained within it.
Collectively, staff decide on a focus for study and then split into pairs. Then a more specific planning session about the forthcoming lesson observation ensues, followed by interviews with the children and a feedback between themselves.
The initial group then come together at the end to discuss their individual findings and to analyse lessons learned.
