Secondary English teacher Marie Chaney has set her sights on a head of year position after retraining as a teacher following a successful career in marketing.
She's been shadowing the job at her school in the West Midlands but she knows being interviewed is her weakness. She asks Teachers TV's life coach Gladeana McMahon for help in anticipation of any upcoming jobs.
Gladeana sets up a mock interview with a panel of three very experienced headteachers so she can observe her in action. After a thorough debrief with the panel, Gladeana takes Marie off to meet someone who can teach her relaxation techniques to help her during the interview process.
