After watching a Teachers TV programme, Initial Teacher Training Manager Jude Rivers decided to have a go at making his own CPD videos.
Based at Carr Manor Primary School in Leeds, Jude realised that teachers are often so focussed on the task at hand that they cannot see their own strengths or weaknesses.
But with the help of video, self-observation is possible. So after learning some tips on filming from a Teachers TV programme he decided to improve his training techniques by turning his cameras onto the school's NQTS.
