Shahnaz Khan believes in working in an inclusive classroom, with activities appropriately differentiated.

Shahnaz adapts her teaching style to encourage all the children to participate, and uses differentiated questioning to ensure every pupil benefits from the lesson.
With a wide range of pupil achievement, it is also important that she is able to to spend time with all students rather than concentrating on those who have special educational needs, by having flexible working groups.
