Headteacher Inge Fey believes firmly in recognising the talents of her staff at Elmlea Infants School in Bristol.
Alongside assessing their training needs, she also asks staff to state curriculum areas where they feel particularly confident. The leadership team collates this data and can then enable staff to share their skills and train each other.
