Fiona McGarvey, head of maths at St Peter's RC High School, decides to introduce drop-in revision sessions before and after school. Are the pupils willing to turn up for these extra revision sessions, or are the teachers simply wasting their time and effort?
Meanwhile, Paul Barker-Matthews, head of English at Cedar Mount High School, wants to take 80 pupils to a nearby college for three days of intensive revision despite the implications for the time table and staffing.
