Lancaster University's Professor Cary Cooper is joined by psychologist Ben Fletcher, from the University of Hertfordshire, and occupational psychologist Emma Donaldson-Feilder to investigate how to reduce stress in schools.
Using scientific data gathered during a week-long series of experiments measuring stress in a typical secondary school, the three psychologists recommend effective ways of handling stress.
They also look at the most common causes of stress and demonstrate how stress levels can be reduced by individual teachers.
