The South Maidstone Federation consists of three secondary schools; Cornwallis, Oldborough and Senacre. Each school has its own headteacher and together they are overseen by an executive headteacher.
We spend time with the head of school at Cornwallis and discuss how the post is preparing her for future headship. We then spend a day with the newly appointed headteacher of Walmer Science College.
