Simrit Riat and Vicky Rutherford teach Key Stage 2 pupils at Oldknow Junior School, a challenging inner-city primary school which was recently taken out of special measures. The school has more than 500 pupils, most of whom are from a Pakistani or Bangladeshi background and almost all are EAL.
