In this episode of Action! Teacher Video, Anthony Partington presents his creation, This Time It's Personal - The Student Voice.
The video is a part of a unique showcase of videos made by pupils about their own learning. It features two pupils who offer their perceptions of the personalised learning initiative that has been introduced to their school, Longsands College in Cambridgeshire.
Presenter Xanthe Steen is joined in the studio by Anthony who - alongside education consultant Adrienne Jones and further education teacher Ian Eustace - discusses the project and looks at the key issues of target setting, pupil voice and confidence building.
The panel also discuss the wider implications of using Teacher Video for assessment and CPD.
