Darren - a teacher from Abbey Gates Primary School in Nottingham - uses his video to demonstrate how a topic on body image is developed in a Year 5 class.
His video features insightful pupil comments that demonstrate how the children's self-image has altered throughout the course of his class activities.
Presenter Xanthe Steen is joined in the studio by Darren, education consultant Adrienne Jones and fellow teacher Sara Brigg, to discuss the contents of the video.
