In this programme, staff from West Drayton Primary School in Middlesex share their experiences and views on SEAL (the Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning).
SEAL is a set of resources supplied by the DfES and the Primary National Strategy to offer a whole-curriculum framework for teaching social, emotional and behavioural skills to all children.
Its aims - to develop the underpinning qualities and skills that help promote positive behaviour and effective learning - are certainly worth achieving.
By looking at the experiences of a school already using SEAL, this programme aims to help teachers make the most of these resources.
