This programme is subtitled.
Emma Thomas has been a teacher at Stratton Upper School in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, for the last two years.
She is head of Year 11 Science and shares the role of GCSE Science co-ordinator with the head of Year 10 Science.
Like many teachers, Emma works hard to juggle her responsibilities both at the school and in her personal life, but often finds she has no time left for herself.
Does her problem lie in unrealistic planning or does Emma suffer from a lack of discipline when it comes to sticking to her plans?
In this programme, we introduce Emma to leading UK life coach Gladeana McMahon who offers some much needed time management advice.
More than anything, Emma would like to find the time to play her beloved viola; will Gladeana be able to help?
