Ross likes to finish school and play football. His fitness levels are fine, but his eating and drinking habits are problematic. He tends to eat the wrong things at the wrong time.
Irene has a family and has come to teaching later in life. She eats well, but finds no time to improve her general fitness.
Our nutrition expert, Aegon Welsh, offers alternatives to Ross' typical staff-room biscuits and birthday cake diet. Fitness expert Danielle Hulyer suggests some exercises for Irene to try at home or on the way home.
